We are seeking a Licensed Architect with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our collaborative studio. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in both team-based and independent work environments.
Qualifications & Skills
Licensed Architect with relevant professional experience preferred
Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations, including IBC, ADA, ANSI, ICC, and related codes and standards
Experience performing code evaluations and coordinating technical documentation
Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to problem-solve technical details and design issues
Works well collaboratively and as an independent thinker
Comfortable working with a diverse range of individuals and project types
