MAJOR DUTIES: Candidate will have the opportunity to work on adaptive reuse, automotive/industrial, hospitality, and corporate interiors projects. Roles to be performed in this position will include schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration support. The candidate will be expected to work with other staff, including Architects, Interior Designers, and furniture specialists as well as consulting engineers and clients to orchestrate the project. Client interaction will be frequent, requiring good verbal and written communication skills. Must be a team player and willing to work as both a leader and support.

QUALIFICATIONS: Fluent knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit.

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: Candidates should have 5-10 years in commercial project experience. Professional Registration is not required. Project experience in the market sectors mentioned above is preferred.
