As a BIM/Revit Designer, you will play a crucial role in independently developing BIM/Revit design and documentation of drawings while also providing non-BIM/Revit software support to project teams. Collaborating closely with project leaders, you will be tasked with developing and producing solutions for moderately complex design problems. Your responsibilities will also include conducting project research, integrating code research into drawings, and coordinating with agencies and specifications. You will review and evaluate documents for accuracy and coordination within project teams, engaging in all phases of the design and project documentation process.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing presentation materials to enhance the design and marketing efforts of the project team. Utilizing basic project management tools, you will assist in various project phases, including construction administration. You will work alongside project leads to align client commitments with the project scope of work and guide staff towards accomplishing project goals. It is essential to ensure timely and accurate updating of project records to support studio project management.
Demonstrating excellent time management skills, you will ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. You will proactively seek guidance or take on additional tasks when necessary. Apart from these duties, you will provide support to the project team and market/studio leadership on any additional assignments that may arise.
