We are seeking a full-time Architectural Project Manager to help lead projects through all phases of design and construction. This role includes project coordination, client and consultant communication, oversight of construction documentation, and collaboration with contractors and internal staff. The position is based in Racine, with some hybrid flexibility possible.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in architecture
• Ability to manage projects through all phases of design and construction
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Experience with construction drawings and consultant coordination
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a design-focused practice
• Licensure preferred, but not required
• Experience with ArchiCAD is strongly preferred; candidates should have solid 3D BIM experience
• Interest in organic or Wright-inspired architecture is welcome, but not required
