Mark R. Yoo Architect PLLC is a growing commercial and residential design build company. We are seeking a project architect with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team. This is an excellent position for mid-level architect or designer interested in having a high level of exposure to all aspects of the design and construction business and a high level of autonomy to manage individual projects.

Working Environment

We are a relatively small architecture and construction company with a close knit group of architects and construction personnel committed to delivering high quality projects. The office environment is casual and open with a high level of collaboration designed to help project architects to develop their skills and knowledge with the intent of having them progress to become highly skilled licensed architects. Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities will include architecture design and construction documents, product research, budget and schedule preparation, and construction project management. Project architects will oversee all aspects of a project from the programming stages and are involved in the project as the primary architect and project manager throughout the programming, design, and construction phases including significant exposure to clients and client interaction.

Qualifications and Skills

We are a 100% REVIT office so applicants with REVIT experience or knowledge is a plus. Additionally applicants with some construction, or construction project management experience are also valued. We are searching for several positions with a wide range of relevant experience working as an architect, or project manager.
