This position provides professional architectural/engineering services for the Department of Health (DOH), coordinating Fixed Capital Outlay (FCO) projects to include design and plan review, monitoring FCO project status, on-site inspections, observations, and if needed, determining corrective action required for compliance with any building code, or construction issues or deteriorating condition found out of compliance with proper installation in new or existing buildings.
