What You’ll Do:
Lead the design and technical development of commercial projects from concept to completion.
Direct internal and consultant teams, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget alignment.
Develop detailed Revit models and produce accurate construction documents.
Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and clients throughout all project phases.
Represent the firm with professionalism and design authority in client meetings and presentations.
Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative, “raise-the-bar” studio culture.
10+ years of architectural experience in commercial/multifamily/hospitality projects.
Expert-level Revit skills – modeling, detailing, coordination, and documentation.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Architectural license preferred (or in process).
Proven ability to manage and deliver large-scale, deadline-driven projects.
Excellent communication, technical coordination, and leadership abilities.
Passion for design excellence and delivering best-in-class built environments.
