As a Project Architect, you will lead the evolution of a home from initial concept to final walkthrough. You will bridge the gap between visionary design and technical execution, ensuring every detail aligns with our clients' unique lifestyles.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Manage high-end residential projects from inception to completion, delivering innovative and functional designs.
Design Development: Translate client needs into sophisticated architectural solutions.
Technical Excellence: Produce comprehensive construction documents and navigate the permitting process with precision.
Site Stewardship: Conduct site visits, manage budgets/timelines, and collaborate closely with construction professionals to ensure design integrity.
Innovation: Stay at the forefront of architectural trends and advancements to keep our work timeless yet modern.
The Profile
Education: Professional degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Architecture.
Experience: 5+ years in high-end residential architecture and project management with a strong, diverse portfolio.
Software Mastery: Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
Expertise: Deep knowledge of building products, residential construction details, and relevant codes/regulations. Working in partnership with consultants and coordinating drawings to ensure all MEP systems will not have conflict or compromise the design outcome.
Building Department: Experience with submitting to city jurisdictions, navigating the permitting process through obtaining an approved permit.
