Job descriptionWe’re looking for a skilled Architectural Project Coordinator / Job Captain with experience in mid to large size complex multi-family and senior living projects. If this is you, let’s talk! The candidate must have 2 to 5 years of experience working in type III and type V construction, can produce a basic set of construction drawings, and is proficient in Revit. An ability to mentor and motivate architectural interns, communicate with Project Managers and Owners, and are hard-working with a desire to grow within the firm is essential. Only US Citizens or Green Card Holders need apply. What you’ll do: · Create documentation for mid to large size architectural projects · Implement the directions of the PM in charge · Mentor and motivate architectural Interns · Participate in design charrettes · Visit ongoing job sites to gain context and real-world process experience We’d love to hear from you if you have:
