JOB DUTIES:Conceptualize, create, design, plan and develop new construction projects for Commercial and/or mixed-use buildings through all phases, from concept design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation and construction administration. With oversight from Design Principal, assist in leading teams of architectural designers on domestic commercial buildings and international mixed-use building types, including office, retail, residential, and hotel, to produce design studies, construction documents, and high-quality presentation materials for client and government approvals. Prepare construction drawings in aid of Building Integrated Modeling (BIM) and drafting software such as Revit and AutoCAD. Develop innovative design solutions and coordinate constr
