Architect (Denver, CO) F/T - Plan, dsgn & prep architectural docs incl creative scale drawings, 3-D representations, & presentations for architectural projects using computer-aided dsgn & digital tools such as Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Enscape, Bluebeam, etc. Responsible for prep'g & planning architectural data on dsgn, structure specs, materials, budget & sustainable features, w/ focus on multi-family residential & education sector dsgns. Reqmts are: Bach deg (or foreign educational equiv) of Architecture, or in Architectural Dsgn, or closely rltd field + 12 mos exp in job offd, or as Architectural Dsgnr, Project Dsgnr, or closely rltd. Past 12 mos work exp must be (full 12 mos) in dvlpg detailed dsgn concepts, drawings, 3D representation & docs w/ a focus on multi-family
