Summary Senior Project Managers are responsible for leading an entire architectural project, from budget to implementation. It is expected to deliver the highest quality work while ensuring the client’s and company’s expectations are met for function, aesthetics, and schedule. Criteria Graduate of an accredited master’s degree program that meets NCARB licensing criteria. Minimum of 12 years of experience in retail, office, residential (multifamily / single family) and urban development. Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects to meet budget and deadlines. Excellent knowledge of building systems and construction assembly types. Manage Client Invoicing and Project Collections.
