Project Manager
Main Duties and Responsibilities Communicate with clients, coordination with consultants, manage budgets, manage deadlines, resolve conflicts/issues, code research. Preparing, design development packages, construction documents and construction administration services. Address QA/AC comments, coordinate city submittals/redlines. Respond to RFI's, shop drawings and attend construction meetings. Following up on project team to keep projects on schedule. Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance
