Associate Project Manager for Design   Columbia University is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join the Design Management team at its Manhattan Development Group, which supports the design and construction of a new campus in the Manhattanville section of West Harlem. We are looking for an ambitious project manager to assist with the overseeing of design for major capital projects from inception, including programming, design, bidding, and construction. The Associate Project Manager for Design will be responsible for establishing design budgets, schedules, and quality standards. Additionally, this position will oversee the bid solicitation and award process of architectural and design consulting firms for major construction projects
