We are seeking a full-time Design Associate with 5+ years of residential design experience. This position supports our project teams throughout the design process. Our studio specializes in traditional and contemporary single-family custom home design with a focus on advocating for and integrating sustainable systems in all projects. Design and documentation tasks include: As-built measurement and drafting Drafting and detailing of schematic, permit and construction drawings Development of client and government agency design review presentation drawings Support PM in client communications Support PM with building and zoning code analysis Support PM with city and other government agency permitting processes
