LAI Design Group is a 20 person boutique design practice that is a market leader in creative yet practical solutions & provides architecture, land planning, landscape architecture, visual media, and real estate advisory services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading & working on projects in a team environment which includes: design and construction documents related to your team members. Building types include Clubhouses/Recreation, Hotel, Multifamily, Mixed Use, Structured Parking, Automotive & Industrial.

Additionally the successful candidate will be responsible for managing project budgets & a team of architects, business development, selling project work for the firm along with the assistance of marketing staff & other Principal team members.

Experienced in design, construction drawings, specifications, and all facets of construction administration. Must be proficient in Revit to design as well as check team drawings for conflicts & accuracy as well as written and oral communications. Must be good at dealing with clients and contractors and a problem solver.  Licensure Required
