Oliver Cope Architect seeks talented and motivated architectural designers with a minimum of 3 years experience in high-end residential design for a full-time position. The candidate should possess the following; Arch or M. Arch Degree. Minimum 3 years experience in residential design. Proficiency in CAD drafting and 3D modeling and rendering programs. Working knowledge of traditional details. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and document management skills. Familiarity with project management, including client, consultant and vendor communications, budgets and schedules.    Experience in the creation of presentation documents and construction documents.
