PAYETTE seeks a senior architect with space planning, programming, and lab planning experience to join and expand the Space Strategies group. The ideal candidate brings strategic planning and leadership skills, has experience in higher education and corporate settings, and is highly skilled at client interactions. Project work is anticipated to fluctuate between academic space / campus planning and space programming associated with built work and lab planning. Design thinking and excellent communication skills along with a passion for planning and designing research and teaching spaces in science and engineering are essential.
