Basic Function Responsible for exceeding customer expectations while managing projects from conception through beginning of the construction phase and ensuring that proposals are delivered on time, with aligned scope, schedule, and competitive costs, and to the customer’s expectations. Manages the proposal effort to ensure all proposal documents (estimates, project budgets, scope, and the project schedule) are aligned and complete to respond to the RFP.
