Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is a key member of the marketing team and has an opportunity to make a significant impact on an evolving practice committed to design excellence and sustainability. This position works directly with firm leaders, distills complex information, and creates compelling proposals.
Responsibilities
Designing print and digital material for business development initiatives
Analyzing request for proposal (RFP) requirements to ensure compliance, coordinating responses, developing layout, and managing production and final delivery/distribution
Developing content and submitting materials for local and national industry awards
Collaboratively developing and producing powerful brand stories in a variety of media
Producing web content, including video, graphics, and copy
Maintaining a project information database and firm boilerplate, including project descriptions, resumes, and firm overviews
Coordinating and attending occasional project photography shoots
Working in a team atmosphere to support firm leaders and business development efforts.
Technical/Professional Skills
Graphic design training/ability
Excellent communication, writing, and organizational abilities
An aptitude for working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented department
Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
Qualifications
Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, English, or Communications (or knowledge gained through relevant work experience)
Knowledge and/or curiosity about architecture, engineering, and interior design
Strong interpersonal skills
Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals of all levels of the organization in a fast-paced environment
