Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Strong team-building abilities and a passion for professional growth and leadership
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A propensity for problem solving
Proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus)
Experience in design and commercial development is preferred
