Job Summary
CBI Design Professionals, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Architectural Project Coordinator (with license or on track for licensure) with substantial professional skills acquired from prior work experience. From initial contact with a potential client to development of a project concept through project completion, the position responsibilities include: client and consultant collaboration to deliver project vision, and ensuring precise documentation and construction integrity of quality designs.
Description of General Responsibilities
- Management of working groups consisting of graduate and undergraduate architectural/interior staff
- Manage project team efficiency
- Approve client invoices for project team work
- Coordination of teams to complete field measure and document existing building conditions.
- Assist in and/or independently develop overall design concepts and formulate design presentation strategies.
- Participate in and/or conduct client meetings and presentations in order to help develop and communicate the project vision
- Meet client deadlines, budgets, and project goals
- Prepare Budget, Bid schedules, and Allowance sheets
- Create accurate and detailed final construction documents for assigned projects
- Create accurate and detailed final Interior Architecture documents for assigned projects
- Coordination of Trades and Post Documentation Support
Educational/Experience Requirement
Master’s Degree in Architecture from an Accredited University Program
Having Licensure or on track for Licensure
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an architectural practice doing Luxury custom residential new and major renovation and/or Adaptive re-use commercial projects. Interior architectural detailing experience helpful but not required

· Highly proficient in REVIT/AutoCAD/AutoCAD Architecture & Sketch Up
· Organized with an ability to prioritize workload and personnel to meet specific deadlines
· Capable of carrying out independent assignments with minimal supervision
· Design skill
· Ability to take a design from concept to completion
· Understanding of local building codes (Commercial and Residential)
· Strong work ethic and drive to take ownership of ideas through the final details
· Multitasking details and projects with minimal error
· Ability to communicate effectively in writing and face to face
· Enjoys a fast-moving environment with differentiation from job to job
· Willingness to assist in any part of the office work that needs to be done regardless of it being directly job specific
· Creative problem solver with the ability manages high information load
