BSA LifeStructures is seeking a licensed Architect to join our Indianapolis studio as a Design Principal. This is an exceptional opportunity for a design-focused Architect to play a pivotal role in advancing our firm's design strategy, ensuring that we are recognized as an industry leader by clients and peers alike.

What You'll Do

In this role, as a trusted design partner, you will ensure that pursuit and project teams develop strong conceptual designs in a collaborative environment and foster design drivers throughout the project's life. You will oversee the use of design technology to encourage innovation and inspire solutions, testing new technologies to add value to project success. Collaborating with Principals, you will build teams with the appropriate levels of design leadership and work together to shape the "Big Idea" and inspired solutions, setting a clear project vision for all team members. You will also assist Principals with revenue generation, collaborating with Practice Directors to develop design responses to market trends, and help mentor the next generation of design leaders.

Education/Experience

• Educational Background: Accredited Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
• Professional Licensure: Professional Licensure in Architecture, with an NCARB certificate preferred.
• Experience: At least 15 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus in design. Experience working on healthcare, higher education and discovery projects is helpful but not required.
