ROGUE Architecture PLLC is a small firm with offices in Little Rock, Arkansas and the DC Metro area. We believe that good architecture is about more than providing excellent service. Good architecture is about people - understanding how people interact with and experience the spaces we create for them. This allows us to create architectural experiences that positively impact whole communities.

Custom Single-Family;
Commercial Office;
Multi-family;
Affordable Housing;
Historic Preservation;
Interior Design.
We currently have multiple openings for Intern Architects and Project Architects in Little Rock and the DC Metro area. The ideal candidates will work directly with the Firm Principals on all aspects of the practice and business of architecture. You’ll be responsible for:
Client development and retention;
Programming and Schematic Design;
Concept sketching and design;
Design and Construction Documentation;
Existing Conditions Surveys;
Project management and development;
Historic Resource Documentation;
Construction Administration.
Ideal Skills to have:
Hand sketching;
Design;
Critical and Creative Thinking (yes, that’s a real thing);
BIM Guru (Vectorworks preferred but not required);
Photoshop;
Microsoft Word and Excel;
Apple Hardware and Software (we don’t do PC);
An unhealthy pathological obsession with all things architecture and design.
We are a small firm and as such we all wear all of the hats. Our ideal candidates must be self-sufficient and passionate about the practice and business of architecture. We work hard and play harder. If you’re going to punch the clock we’re not interested. We love our clients and our work and expect you to feel the same. We are licensed in 14 states and actively market and work beyond the borders of Arkansas and DC. Some of our recent projects have been in Kansas, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Texas, California, Florida, and North Carolina. We are built to work remotely which means we work all the time especially while traveling.

NCARB Certification preferred;
