BSA LifeStructures is seeking a dynamic and experienced Architecture Leader to support and guide our firm’s Principals in client selection and project pursuits within the Healing (Healthcare) practice. This role is crucial for positioning BSA LifeStructures as an industry leader and driving our continued success in the market. What You'll Do As the strategic leader of the Healing practice at BSA LifeStructures, you will be instrumental in guiding and supporting Principals by leading, managing, and ensuring accountability. Your role will involve pursuing and securing large projects over $80M, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining high proposal and interview success rates. You will collaborate with Principals to identify key opportunities,
