What You'll Do: As our Project Architect, you'll take the reins in guiding our innovative projects to success. Your expertise will drive the design process from concept to completion. Here’s what you can expect:
Design Excellence: Lead the charge in creating visionary designs for multifamily, historic, and hospitality projects
Code & Safety Expertise: Navigate and apply full Building Code and life-safety analysis, ensuring every project meets the highest standards
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with our Development, Construction, and Property Management teams, integrating feedback to enhance project outcomes
Construction Administration: Oversee construction correspondence, track project changes, and ensure our designs come to life as envisioned, through construction support
What You Bring:
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in multifamily and hospitality design, with a proven record of successful project delivery
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp is a must
Leadership: Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred)
