Graham Leigh Architecture (GLA) is seeking a highly talented Contract Administrator/ Office Manager to join our creative and collaborative team and assist in supporting the growth of our contract development and day-to-day management and administrative aspects of our studio. As a small firm, versatility and flexibility are keys to our success, so qualified candidates should possess a strong ability to adapt and respond to the task at hand, assisting others when needed but also being capable of taking initiative and leading.
Our Contract Administrator/Office Manager will be detail oriented and pro-active overseeing operational tasks and managing contract-related activities to ensure successful project execution and financial reporting for residential and commercial architectural work. Primary operational tasks are: communicate directly principal in charge, project leads, design staff, accounting team, consultants, and clients to ensure contractual obligations are met efficiently and effectively.
The Contract Administrator/ Office Manager must maintain the confidentiality of marketing and sales information, database files, financial statements, web statistics, and other sensitive data.
1-3 years of relevant experience as an office manager, executive assistant, paralegal, staff support, or other similar role
Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite Software as well as familiarity with Adobe
Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
Experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction/Real Estate related company is preferred
Graham Leigh Architecture is a small coastal studio with focus in both residential and commercial markets.
