The Director of Planning, Design, and Facilities reports to the Associate Dean for Finance and Administration and is CAS’s representative for space planning and allocation, renovation and new projects, and existing facilities maintenance and operations. This position is responsible for CAS space management, planning, feasibility studies, programming, design and construction projects, existing building facilities representing CAS’s senior administration, and its operating units; and will be the primary CAS liaison to outside units including, but not limited to, Campus Planning and Facilities Management (CPFM), Office of the Registrar, Office of the Provost, and Office of the VP for Research and Innovation (OVPRI).The individual in this position is responsible for
