LMN Architects is currently seeking a Director of Business Development, aka “Chief Connector of Dots.” Operating within a multidisciplinary, collaborative environment, this person is responsible for facilitation of business development activities across market sectors as well as overall leadership of marketing and communication operations. An important emphasis of the position is to enhance overall firm visibility and strengthen cross-market BD strategies. Primary responsibilities include: Business Development Big picture thinker with a finger on the pulse of all BD and firm activities. Develop BD vision and focus for each market sector in collaboration with the partners. Daylight synergies and foster integration across all firm practice areas.
