This Collaborative Delivery Director will lead preconstruction efforts for some of PC’s largest and most complex water/wastewater projects, overseeing the design development process throughout the lifecycle of design-build and CMAR projects. The Collaborative Delivery Director works with and coordinates the engineering design disciplines and the estimating, operations and purchasing teams, drawing on the collective knowledge of all parties to ensure an efficient, successful project.
