Experienced Building Designer will work collaboratively with other designers and various project team members, sharing design concepts and guiding the development and documentation of the design. A Building Designer is able to understand a client's program, and design a building that addresses the program functionally, is aesthetically appropriate to its location, while being sensitive to constraints (site, zoning, surroundings, budget.) A Building Designer is able to successfully develop, present, and communicate preliminary concepts to team members, clients, design review boards and city councils.
