We are looking to add a registered architect to our dynamic team. Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited university and a minimum 7 years of experience in a professional architectural office. The ideal candidate would possess the organizational ability, communication skills, the ability to work within a robust team environment, and the drive to take on additional leadership roles.
This position will work all phases of the design process on multiple projects, from conceptual design through construction administration, and work with team members and consultants to meet the client's needs.
- 7 + years experience.
- Architectural registration is required.
- A self-starter with excellent communication skills, an aptitude for teamwork, collaboration, and the ability to prioritize workflow.
- Provide project leadership and cooperation.
- Manage project timelines, schedules, and project resources.
- Resolve complex technical/design issues and guide team and consultants.
- Prepare and ensure the accuracy of technical documents.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit, with working knowledge of Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Regional travel is required.
