Opening is for a staff architect of 5-15 years experience.  Design ability, an understanding of construction, and the ability to communicate well are more important criteria than years of experience.   SRW is known for highly detailed luxury residential projects.  Experience in this area is strongly preferred. All architects in the firm participate in all phases of the architectural process.  Accordingly, the position will involve design, presentation work, development of designs, creation of construction documents and specifications, as well as construction administration activities. An architectural license is not required, but the firm does seek and support staff members who are focused on their personal development as architects and as professionals.
