Little, nationally recognized as a “Best Firm to Work For” and one of the nation’s most progressive design firms, is seeking a Job Captain, with a passion for high quality design and a positive, collaborative work style, for our Workplace Interiors Studio in our Newport Beach, CA office.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with the overall Design team with all aspects of a variety of Workplace projects including programming, conceptual design, production of design development and construction documents.
Work closely with the design team on project development and execute construction documents in Revit.
Prepare graphic materials for presentations.
Perform field verification.
Coordinate with entire team including engineers, specialty consultants, and client contracted vendors.
Perform site inspections, review shop drawings, material submittals, and other related construction administration tasks.
Ideal candidates will have the following Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited university.
A minimum of 3 years of professional work experience.
Workplace (Core and Shell; TI, Mixed-Use) project experience a plus.
Strong design and space planning skills and experience.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, (other design related programs are a plus).
*** Anticipated salary range for this position: $65,000 - $80,000; based on experience level.
