Job Description: We are searching for a Studio Leader for our LA office with over 10 years’ experience and a successful record in managing multiple project team schedules and delivery. Experience in managing schedules and delivering work for all project phases is required including project set-up, concept development, design development, construction documents, and construction administration, through post-occupancy. As a Studio Leader at KAP Studios, you will have overall project responsibility for delivering KAP's projects in LA, managing resourcing and labor plans, quality control, tracking project financial performance and nurturing the development of junior staff. You will work closely with the three Partners and junior staff on a daily basis.
