PROJECT DESIGNER/ARCHITECT
PROJECT DESIGNER/ARCHITECT Job Description: Perform and complete architecture design work on defined segments through all phases of a project, under supervision of a licensed Architect. Develop design documents from concept to construction and permit documents; provide solutions to general architectural problems by using a variety of 3D software, graphic techniques and media.  Participate in design strategy sessions and presentations.  Resolve architectural design problems and translate solutions into construction details. Apply knowledge of building materials, engineering principles, and building codes to design work and documentation. Communicate and follow up with the client through all phases of a project.  Manage project budgets and schedules. Telecommuting permitted l
