Analyze, integrate & ensure compliance w/ construction, disability, fire, & energy codes. Specify, recommend, & source FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment). Collab w/ prof'ls. Bach deg in Interior Dsgn, Architecture, or Architectural Studies, or closely rltd field + 24 mos exp in job offd, or as Architectural Dsgnr, Project Dsgnr, or closely rltd reqd. Past 24 mos of work exp must be (full 24 mos) in planning & dsgng interior & architectural dsgn concepts & layouts, prep'g presentation & construction docs, sourcing FF&E materials, performing project mgmt & construction admin, & proficiency in s/ware incl AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Sketchup, & Adobe Creative Suite. $90k/yr.
