The Project Manager will manage mid-to-large scale student life and residential mixed-use projects from beginning to end. The candidate should be well versed in setting up and managing all phases of the project including budgeting, scheduling, meeting and coordinating with client, consultants and contractors, and providing oversight through completion of project.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Planning the project, directing and supervising architectural team members, and coordinating consultants through design, construction documentation and construction administration phases.
• Working collaboratively with clients and project stakeholders.
• Participating in Firm promotional activities such as conferences and business development including proposal development.
• Mentoring and training young design professionals.

Position Requirements:

• Licensed Architect
• 12+ years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years of PM experience, with a focus on student life and mixed-use projects
• Highly adept working within a team-oriented studio environment
• Passion to effectively manage and to maintain client relationships
• Experience leading a diverse team of consultants and internal staff
• Ability to oversee consultant coordination, design documentation, and construction contract administration efforts
• Proficient in Revit and Adobe creative suite
• Strong knowledge of building codes, and well versed in sustainable design principles
• A firm understanding of best practices in student housing and mixed-use projects
