How Will Your Days Be Spent
Prepare presentation drawings and models. Participate and contribute to design discussions, idea generation, and design work in drawing, model and 3D image formats.
Begin to be responsible for the organization of design and team members to complete design and construction documents on schedule and within budget.
Work closely with team members and assist to complete projects by meeting deadlines within expected time and budget constraints.
Work on simultaneous projects and act in different roles, depending on project size and complexity.
What You Bring to this Role
Architectural experience (minimum 2 years of experience)
Portfolio that demonstrates a high level of technical skill in building documentation and design thinking
Experience in one of Flad's markets (preferred)
Software Skills:
Revit (2 years) intermediate knowledge required
Rhino, SketchUp, and 3D rendering software required
Adobe Creative Suite (one or more programs required, full suite preferred)
AutoCAD, Grasshopper, and Dynamo preferred
Education:
Professional Degree in Architecture required
Sustainability accreditation (preferred)

Annual base salary range is currently: $85,000 – $100,000. Actual starting salary will be within that range, and is dependent upon job-related education, knowledge, and experience.
