We are seeking a full time experienced BIM/Revit Manager to join our team. We are looking for a motivated, technically proficient designer who has had at minimum three years of professional experience as an architect. We would be looking for a professional, curious, hard working individual who would not only fit the role requirements listed above, but would also be an integral part of the culture of this firm.
Research developments in the industry to “keep ahead of the curve” so that all of our Revit users have the appropriate tools and skill sets to be productive
Maintain a Revit project template
Create and populate Revit families for the office library and specific projects
Coordinate Revit models with consultants in specific projects
Lead discussions and tutorials on best practices within Revit
Assist team members in designing families
Enforce the usage of digital library templates and assets per office digital guidelines across all our projects
Consistently apply OSA’s Quality Control procedures and take ownership of their work
Coordinate with consultants and maintain OSA on a consistent Revit year across projects
Associate's degree or completion of trade school or equivalent formal training
6+ years AEC working experience with at least three years in an architecture firm is a must
Ability to encourage and train effectively and tactfully, in-person and via web conference
Extensive knowledge of Revit 2020 or newer version
Proficiency in Bluebeam, Sketch-Up, and MS Office is a plus
Understanding of building systems and constructability is a plus
