Red Iron Architects, a commercial architecture and design firm in North Charleston, SC, is seeking leaders to work in our dynamic studio environment.  Preferred candidates shall have a minimum of 3-5 years experience as an architectural designer, project architect, or project manager in addition to the following skills:

• B. Arch or M. Arch degree from an accredited school
• Possess excellent communication and technical architectural detailing skills in all project phases from Conceptual Design through Construction Administration.
• Lead projects independently and collaborate with other professionals to balance the demands of multiple projects at various stages including civil, structural, and MEP coordination
• Demonstrated project management experience on wide range of project types including K-12 education, higher education, healthcare, commercial, governmental, and residential.
• Experience mentoring and developing staff, cultivating an environment of respect and trust, is a bonus
• Proven track record in building client relationships, managing expectations
• Experience with Revit required. BIM 360 knowledge a plus.
