Intro:  Our expanding architectural engineering practice is seeking an individual to help lead our project team with the delivery of commercial building projects based out of our office in Scarborough, Maine.  Individual will need to align with our authentic dedication to our clients and helping them bring their projects to fruition.  Our practice covers a multitude of roles and services in support of architectural building projects in Maine and the rest of the northeastern United States.

Responsibilities:               

• Serve as project lead on our design projects, directing project team with regard to tasks, workflow, priorities and schedule
• Serve as direct liaison to clients for understanding and communicating progress, decisions, and challenges
• Facilitate employee professional development as mentor and licensure-track supervisor
• Develop new client relations in support of business development and fostering the relationships with our current roster of satisfied clients

Project Tasks:

• Design, Design Development
• Construction Drawings, Construction Supervision, Construction Documentation, Construction Administration
• Cost Estimation, Bidding
• Subcontractor and Consultant selection and negotiation
• Proposals
• Contracts

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as professional engineer or architect
• 10+ years of experience in similar roles
• Be willing to take a leadership role in all aspects of our practice
