Qualified candidates will have: 

• An NAAB-Accredited professional degree in architecture
• Extensive experience with the assembly of construction documents and detailing
• An understanding of custom residential and commercial construction
• Intrapersonal skills that result in good rapport with clients, consultants, and trade allies
• The ability to communicate design ideas and details graphically and verbally
• A passion for architecture and exemplary design
