Summary:  Personifies a strong sense for the aesthetic qualities of a project and collaborates with the team to develop creative, functional and aesthetically pleasing design solutions based upon the client’s needs and desires.  Will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the design team and its growing portfolio of award-winning work and our firm’s focus on design excellence! Responsibilities:                     Establish the design direction in response to the project requirements and client’s goals and objectives. Will serve as design lead for a variety of projects overseeing the design process and ensuring the successful implementation of the design intent throughout all phases of project delivery.
