Job Responsibilities:

• Provide full document support to the project team from programming through construction administration
• Assist the Project Architect in developing project documents
• Prepare, review, and check construction documents for accuracy, coordinate documents with internal team members
• Assist in the submission of documents to the building department and support construction administration in processing RFIs, RFPs, shop drawings, submittals, etc.
• Maintain an awareness and understanding of project schedules
• Perform assignments and arrive at solutions by receiving instructions on assignment objectives from Project Architect/Project Manager
• Engage in team meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate schedule adherence to technical issues

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience including Commercial Projects
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Professionally accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent in support of an architectural license is required
• Good team skills and work ethic
• Flexibility in assignments and team leadership
• Proficient writing and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with modeling/drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
