The Role:

Curt Hofer & Associates is looking for a lead architect/designer. This senior team member will lead our in-house design team in developing and executing building plans for high-end residential homes that comply with our customers’ desires, applicable building codes and building practices using current standards. This position is responsible for:

• Participating in design reviews and client presentations to achieve the client’s goals
• Collaborating and communicating concepts to other design team members, owners, project managers, and other team members
• Leading and developing the in-house design team, finding efficiencies through technology for the team to scale
• Contributing to the vision, growth, and strategy of the company’s future

Applicants Must have: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture and 5+ years of residential experience
• Portfolio of quality work reflecting work as a residential architect
• Ability to design and develop 2D and 3D renderings within Revit and AutoCAD
• Exceptional design skills and the ability to work in a team environment
