Responsible for completing quality take-off's using Bluebeam Revu software as well as manually. The estimator is expected to follow-up with clients in an effort to overcome difficulties and improve chances of being awarded a project, including but not limited to providing updates when plans and/or specs are revised, contact vendors to provide accurate information, etc.
Must be able to read blueprints, ensure effective communication about project details with clients and supervisors, Microsoft Office proficient, have a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and be able to work with little supervision.
