We are seeking highly-motivated project designer who are passionate about health care design and sustainability. Responsibilities will include organizing and directing projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities: manage projects, collaborate on design, participate in user group meetings, execute construction documents, perform construction administration in the field, assist in reviewing of submittals, coordinate consultants, and maintain client relationships.

Experience with building, NFPA, and healthcare codes is a plus. Sustainability experience, especially Passive House experience, is also a plus.

A Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree from an accredited university.

1 to 10 years of professional experience, healthcare experience preferred.

Candidates must be very proficient in Revit and Microsoft Office. Experience with AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp is a plus. Hand sketching ability is a plus.

Overall characteristics: High motivation; a client focus; strong work ethic; strong design skills; detail-oriented; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work both independently and with a team as needed; ability to work on several projects simultaneously; ability to meet demanding deadlines and fast-paced schedules; flexibility in adapting to a wide range of roles and responsibilities.
