Need an Architect that will design, review designs and make necessary changes, produce permit and construction drawings, incorporate MEP drawings and is able to complete projects on schedule and on budget. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Project Architect should have experience in commercial architecture, interior design, building codes in Maryland and construction services. Following skills are required: Preparation of drawings in all phases with emphasis on Construction Documents, Lead consultant coordination and construction administration support, preparation of 2D and 3D graphic documents, Zoning and Building Code Research, Coordinate drawings and specifications, Review Zoning requirements for Districts such as land use, setbacks from property boundaries
