The Development Services Department (DSD) assists homeowners, business owners, and contractors when they build, demolish, remodel or perform any type of construction to ensure compliance with applicable city and building codes. DSD is hiring a Mechanical Plans Examiner B or C position for the Expedited Building Plan Review Team. This position is responsible for reviewing and analyzing construction plans and processing permit applications related to commercial and multi-family developments. This includes review of plans to determine compliance with City building and residential codes.
